• Hospital Deliveries:

• Due to scent and allergy concerns, lilies, and eucalyptus may be automatically substituted for hospital deliveries. We ensure a suitable and beautiful alternative is provided. Please check with the hospital before ordering as some departments may not accept flowers.

Flower Care Instructions:

• Keep the vase or container filled with fresh water mixed with the provided flower food.

• After 2-3 days, trim 2-3 cm from the stems at an angle to help the flowers absorb more water.

• Place your flowers in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight, ripening fruit, or air vents.

• For Loose or Boxed Flowers:

• Place freshly cut stems in a vase filled with water and flower food.

• Remove any leaves that will be submerged in water to prevent bacterial growth.

• Re-trim the stems every 2-3 days to keep your flowers looking vibrant.
